All of our participating Designers are providing a minimum of one exclusive outfit/item. These exclusive designs will give 100% of the sales to be donated to the ICRC. In addition - don't miss the 10L Hunt that will also be 100% donated to the ICRC. Each booth will have an item available for purchase for 10L and along with that item you will receive a NC about one of the disasters the ICRC has been involved in. This notecard will describe the disaster, what has been done to help so far, and what is still needed to help with the recovery efforts.
The sale and hunt runs from Thursday, December 26, 2013 through Thursday, January 2, 2014.

Recovering From Disasters is a Long Term Thing.....
"A New Year, A New Start" - A charity event to raise funds and awareness for the continuing needs of the International Red Cross as they continue to assist those affected by disasters such as Typhoon Haiyan, The Japan Earthquake, The Somali Floods and the Hurricane that devastated the New Jersey area.
My name is Jamee Sandalwood, and I am putting together this project to benefit the International Red Cross for my Finesmith Muse Project in the Virtual World of Second Life.
I would like to invite you to help with this effort to remind everyone that even though the initial efforts to assist those affected by these disasters are over, there is still plenty to be done to continue the relief and rebuilding efforts. We need to think about helping the International Red Cross year round and not only when a disaster strikes.
This one week event runs from December 26 - January 2 and will feature some the grid's most talented and respected designers in one location dedicated to this cause.
Here is the Website of the International Convention of the Red Cross where the final donation will be made. http://www.icrc.org/eng/donations/?o=420013&cpn=philippines
If you would be willing to assist with the efforts, I am requesting the following:
1. One Exclusive Item that will give 100% of the amount to the Charity. (can be an existing design recolored for this event, or an entirely new design. This design version should not be sold again after this event)
2. One 10L Hunt Item of your choosing (this hunt item will also contain the NC describing a specific disaster, what has been done so far, and what still needs to be done) Proceeds on this will go to the charity.
3. You may then also place as many vendors as will fit on your assigned booth with a split of profits - 70% for you to keep, 30% to the event.
